Due to the nature of human hair extension products and for hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.

Returns

Baqarah Bundles does not accept returns on any opened, used, worn, altered, colored, washed, brushed, installed, or otherwise handled products.

To be eligible for review of any order issue, products must remain unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order arrived damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in situations where:

  • An incorrect item was shipped
  • The product arrived significantly damaged before use
  • We determine that an error occurred on our part

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Baqarah Bundles before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the issue directly.
