However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@baqarahbundles.co with your order number and photos.

We’ll gladly review your request for resolution.

Please note: Hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
